The Problem

A growing mobile wash business running on phone calls and manual dispatch.

Dashing Wash was scaling — more customers, more technicians, more service areas — but the operations hadn't scaled with it. Bookings came in by phone, technicians were dispatched manually, and there was no visibility into where anyone was or what jobs were pending. Every busy day was a coordination scramble.

Customers had no way to book themselves, no way to track their technician's arrival, and no digital record of their service history. The business was leaving money on the table and burning time it didn't have on logistics that software could handle automatically.

What We Built

A full platform — customer-facing and operations-facing.

Seroft built two interconnected systems: a customer booking app and an internal operations platform for the Dashing Wash team. Both are live, both are actively used every day.

Customer Booking App

Customers select their vehicle, service package, location, and preferred time window — all from their phone. No call required.

Real-Time Technician Dispatch

The operations platform shows active jobs, technician locations, and queue status — enabling the team to assign and redirect in real time.

Technician Companion App

Each technician has a mobile app showing their job queue, customer details, navigation, and job completion logging.

Automated Notifications

Customers receive booking confirmations, technician-en-route alerts, and post-service summaries — automatically, with no manual follow-up.
